The Best Food in Singapore, Counted Rather Than Guessed

102 rankings built by counting how many independently published Singapore food lists name each venue — 1078 venues in all, every source cited.

How this works: we read the published lists, take only the venue names, and count how many name each place. A venue needs at least two independent publications before it appears at all. We have not eaten at these places and we take no payment for placement — the ranking is arithmetic, and you can check it against the sources on every page.

Bars & drinks

Why a property site is counting croissants

Because where you eat and where you live are the same question asked twice. This site scores all ~12,800 HDB blocks in Singapore 0–100 for food access — how close hawker centres and licensed eateries actually are on foot — and that score is built from the same NEA licensed-premises register these rankings are checked against. If a dish here matters to you, the towns ranked by food access page is the property-side answer to the same instinct.

Rankings rebuild monthly against fresh sources, so a venue that closes drops out rather than lingering. Last counted 2026-07-16.
