Privacy policy

This site is built to collect as little personal data as possible, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

• Enquiry forms: name, email, optional phone and message — only when you submit an enquiry, with an explicit consent checkbox stating the purpose.
• Technical: a salted one-way hash of your IP address (for abuse prevention; the raw IP is never stored) and a truncated browser user-agent string.

What we don't do

• No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• No sale of personal data.
• Analytics, if enabled, are cookieless and aggregate (Plausible).

Purpose and retention

Enquiry data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and connect you with a relevant property professional. Leads are purged after 6 months.

Access, correction, deletion

To access, correct or delete your data before the retention window ends, contact the site operator with the email address you used; requests are honoured within 30 days.
