The story

The Southern Ridges is a roughly 10-kilometre chain of green ridges and connecting trails in southern Singapore, linking parks from Mount Faber to Kent Ridge. Opened in stages from the late 2000s, its centrepiece is Henderson Waves, Singapore's highest pedestrian bridge, whose distinctive undulating wooden 'wave' form rises about 36 metres above the road. The route also features the treetop Forest Walk, offering elevated views through the canopy.
