The story

Mount Faber is one of Singapore's oldest and highest hills, rising above the southern coast and named in the 19th century after a colonial engineer. Long a popular lookout point, its summit park offers sweeping views over the harbour, the city and Sentosa. It is a terminal for the Singapore Cable Car and a starting point of the Southern Ridges walking trail.
