The story
VivoCity is Singapore's largest shopping mall, opened in 2006 on the HarbourFront waterfront and designed by Japanese architect Toyo Ito. Overlooking the harbour, it serves as the mainland gateway to Sentosa, with the Sentosa Express monorail departing from within. Beyond its many shops, it is known for its rooftop skypark, waterfront promenade and family-friendly amenities.

Getting there
Take the MRT to HarbourFront station on the North East or Circle Line, which connects directly into the mall. The Sentosa Express to the island departs from level three.
