We had a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the gardens, which gave us the perfect view of the nightly light show. It was such a great way to end each evening. The staff on the hotel side truly bend over backwards to make your stay enjoyable. They are constantly checking to make sure you have everything you need and always do so with warmth and professionalism. The amenities in the room and the gifts were really special. As expected, this is an incredibly popular and iconic hotel, which does mean there are quite a few procedures in place to manage access to the facilities. Non-hotel guests are mostly unable to access the pool and restaurants, which is understandable, but we did find the rooftop bar experience a little over the top. Even as hotel guests, we needed a wrist stamp, wristband, and had to hand over our credit card for the duration of our visit. The infinity pool really is as amazing as it looks online. However, it’s worth noting that there are no umbrellas, and the cabanas are both difficult to secure and surprisingly hot due to the lack of airflow. One fantastic touch was the complimentary sunscreen available at the pool, which saved us as we hadn’t brought any. The hotel is attached to a casino, and it definitely carries that atmosphere throughout parts of the property. That said, the location is exceptional. It's directly connected to a high-end shopping mall, a great food court, and with easy access to the gardens and surrounding attractions. Overall, despite a few small frustrations with the bar, it’s an impressive hotel experience and absolutely worth staying at least once for the experience.”

Our baggage was delivered to the room super fast, which made check-in smooth and stress-free. A special shoutout to the WhatsApp chat concierge — this service is next-level. Every time we requested something while we were out, the items were already waiting in our room when we returned. That level of efficiency and thoughtfulness is truly impressive. Housekeeping deserves huge praise for their attention to detail. They didn’t just clean the room — they neatly organized our phone and laptop cables, left cups exactly where we needed them, and made sure extra bedsheets we requested were already placed in the room. The room was also restocked daily without us having to ask. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety, and the breakfast staff were very friendly and attentive, making mornings even more enjoyable. The infinity pool is absolutely amazing, and the SkyBridge walk is fantastic and wheelchair-friendly, which we truly appreciated. The view from the room is stunning — waking up and ending the day with that skyline view felt unreal. This hotel truly spoils you with both luxury and service and sets the bar extremely high for what a hotel stay should be. After staying here, your expectations for hotel standards will definitely be raised. A flawless experience and highly recommended. We would absolutely stay here again!”

There's an outdoor food court called Central Brach Bazaar but it was not open when we were there on a Monday afternoon. The water fountain show can been seen for free from far away or else you'd have to purchase tickets. The beaches are ok but 2 out of 3 are heavily used by resorts people. Palawan beach has the photographic point.”

Children would really enjoy the park, but it’s better to take them once they are a bit taller because many rides have minimum height requirements. There can be long queues for popular rides, so be prepared for some waiting time. If you are confused about where to go or want to check ride timings, shows, and live events, make sure to download the Universal Studios app from the Play Store. It’s very helpful for navigation and planning your day. The hotel we stayed at was also good, and there were many food options available. We tried different kinds of biryani at an Indian café called Oasis. Most were nice, but the Roast Chicken Biryani was not that great, so I wouldn’t personally recommend that one. Some must-try rides are Transformers, Revenge of the Mummy, Minions, Shrek 4D, and the roller coasters if you enjoy thrilling rides. Revenge of the Mummy can feel a bit scary at first, but it’s completely safe and very exciting. Shopping areas also available to buy souvenirs. Unfortunately, the large roller coaster ride was closed during our visit, and WaterWorld was also not operating at that time. Still, overall it was an amazing experience and a must-visit attraction in Singapore.”

The park is well-organized, clean, and easy to navigate, which made the day stress-free and enjoyable. The rides were a great mix for both kids and adults. The Transformers and the Mummy ride was definitely a highlight, super immersive and thrilling. The Jurassic Park Rapids Adventure was another favorite, especially on a warm day! For younger kids, there were plenty of fun attractions and shows to keep them entertained. Plan weekdays as you have to wait less than hours on weekends. We visited on Wednesday and the average wait time was 10-20 mins or you can buy express passes for $100 each if planning on weekends. Best advice is to avoid visiting on Friday, Sat, Sunday and Mondays to avoid waiting for longer hours. What really stood out was the attention to detail in each themed zone, it truly feels like you’re stepping into different worlds. The staff were friendly and helpful, and wait times were quite reasonable considering how popular the park is. Food options were decent, though a bit pricey (as expected in theme parks), but there was enough variety to suit different tastes and there are some options for vegetarians as well i.e fries, burger and potato chips. Overall, it’s a must-visit if you’re in Singapore , perfect for families, couples, or even solo travelers looking for a fun day out. Definitely worth it!”

However, to really utilize your time wisely, you need a game plan. Here are my top tips: 1. ​Wait Times & Express Pass: Download the Universal Studios app immediately to keep an eye on ride wait times. If you see waits stretching beyond 20-30 minutes, bite the bullet and get the Express Pass. Without it, you will definitely miss out on a lot of rides and shows. 2. ​Divide and Conquer: For large, multi-generational groups, the best strategy is to split into two. We had the younger ones go on the thrilling rides while the seniors attended the seated shows. It kept everyone happy and entertained! 3. ​Strollers for Kids: There is a lot of walking, so definitely keep a stroller handy for the little ones. If you don't bring your own, it's very easy to rent one right near the entrance. ​Dining: If your family prefers Indian food, plan ahead. There is only one Indian food restaurant in the park, and it is located near the Mummy ride. ​Highly recommended, just be sure to plan your day out smartly!”

When we visit there was Disney Adventure cruise ship whuch was first launching.....me also attached the video of it... We visited during Chinese New Year. They have 2 rollers coaster which was on the transformers theme humans vs cylon.The scariest one and the best was the cylon coaster.universal express which was worth it for all the rides especially on weekends to get fast access to the rides especially the roller coaster or the popular rides as the wait time goes up to more than 1 hour. I wish there were seats in the queuing area. Some rides are not very popular, like Buggie Boogie, Silly Swirly, Magic Potion Ride and Accelerator,Me Minion Mayhem, Shrek and Donkey Live Show, Puss in Boots’ Giant Journey, Ancient Egypt, and Jurassic Park. The Ancient Egypt zone added thrill and excitement with its detailed design and adventurous rides. There’s a perfect balance of high-adrenaline rides and relaxed attractions, along with plenty of food choices and great photo spots. Yes, it can get crowded at times, but the experience easily outweighs it. Overall, Universal Studios Singapore is an excellent destination for families. It creates unforgettable memories and is a must-visit attraction for anyone traveling to Singapore.An action-packed day filled with laughter, thrills, and memories—once is never enough. Most of the rides are average to good, but the standout rides are definitely the Battlestar Galactica coasters — Cylon and Human. These two rides are absolutely amazing and a must-try for anyone visiting the park. The thrill, speed, and experience are on another level compared to the rest. The park is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is lively and exciting. It’s a perfect place to spend time with friends and family. Overall, a very good experience, but if you visit, make sure you don’t miss Cylon and Human rides — they are the highlights. You should download the Universal Studios app once, whenever you check in. You will be able to view maps of the entire area within it. I have also included a photograph there—just take a look at the image below. In that photo, you will be able to see the current wait times for all the different rides. If the park is very crowded, I highly recommend purchasing an Express ticket; it is absolutely worth the cost. The Universal Express ticket is a worthwhile investment that you should definitely consider getting.”
