Timing it on a concert night
- Allow about 70 minutes from Bugis — the routed 25 minutes plus a buffer for platform crowds, the walk from the station and the bag check at the gate.
- Thirty to forty-five minutes before showtime is plenty. Come up from Buona Vista MRT (East–West and Circle lines) through the covered link to The Star Vista, then take the escalators to your level. Doors are usually 30–60 minutes before curtain.
- The crowd empties down through the mall atrium into Buona Vista station, which handles it well — this is the least painful exit of any large venue in Singapore. Trains on both lines run until roughly midnight; if your show runs long, the bus stops on North Buona Vista Road and Commonwealth Avenue West are alternatives.
