How is the "Overall" ranking calculated?

Each HDB block is scored 0–100, weighting transport, food, schools, healthcare, daily needs, green space, connectivity, remaining lease and leisure. Town scores are the unit-weighted average of their blocks, so larger blocks count for more. Everything is computed from open government data — nothing is hand-tuned.
