Timing it on a concert night
- Allow about 65 minutes from HarbourFront & Sentosa — the routed 20 minutes plus a buffer for platform crowds, the walk from the station and the bag check at the gate.
- An hour before doors is comfortable. Stadium MRT is a short walk; follow the covered link past Kallang Wave Mall and around the water. Entrances are numbered around the drum of the building — check yours before you start walking, because circling the outside takes a while.
- Twelve thousand people clear faster than a stadium crowd, but Stadium station still backs up for 10–20 minutes. Mountbatten station is a flat 15-minute walk if you'd rather keep moving, and the taxi stand on Stadium Walk is usually quicker than a surge-priced app booking on the night.
